Hello Dolls!

It’s no secret that I have a passion for fashion. Everything about it intrigues me, from garment construction to outfit styling. However, it’s even better when those fashion brands make a difference in our world. That’s why I’m a huge supporter of the Jimani Collection, a Kenyan jewelry and accessories company that’s encouraging Kenyan women to “fight poverty through empowerment”. Jimani Collection’s non-profit partner, J127 Foundation, empowers disadvantaged women in Kenya by employing skills in jewelry construction and crafting. This program provides jobs and opportunities for these women to develop business knowledge, support their families, and improve living conditions. Jimani also helps the Kenyan economy by using materials and supplies directly from Kenya, specifically from downtown Nairobi.
I’m wearing the Kara Zura Brass Chevron earrings. I’m absolutely in love with them because they’re a unique mixture of boho and glam! I made total look the look luxurious by sporting it with my faux fur coat, little black dress, and Louboutins, but you can also use the earrings to dress up a casual jean and blouse. Either way, I know that I’ll get a ton a wear out of this practical jewelry piece. Plus, it’s refreshing knowing that it was diligently created with traditional, African resources by such talented, strong women! Discover some beautiful items of your own at Jimani Collection’s online shop.
