Hello Dolls,

For someone who loves high heels, I am surprisingly loving and embracing the athleisure/ athluxe sneaker trend. It’s nice to have a break from those same stilettos, especially walking the New York streets. Since luxury brands like Chanel, Gucci, and Balenciaga are beautifully making it their own, sneakers are now much more than commuter shoes! It’s a way to turn your outfit into a cool, effortless ensemble. Here is a list of my favorite ways to sport this laid-back trend:

1. With a lightweight, fit and flare dress

This polka dot fit and flare in this #OOTD is something I’d typically pair with a pair of pumps or, for warmer days, a pair of sandals. However, adding these white Adidas totally freshens up the look!

 2. With a cool pair of joggers

A casual approach to the trend with a pair of equally athleisure-esque joggers. You can add a light v-neck with a leather jacket.

3. With on-trend distressed  jeans

Another great weekend outfit, pull a pair of white sneakers together with a pair of light-washed frayed jeans. The deconstructed hem on these DL’s is the hottest denim trend for spring.

4. With a minimal midi-dress

Street-styled by Karlie Kloss, Kendall Jenner, and Bella Hadid, elevate a pair of all-white sneakers with a minimal, midi bodycon dress.
