July #GirlBoss Playlist

July 21, 2017

Hello Dolls,

I am a dancer, so I basically live on music. There’s no way I could mentally survive a commute, car ride, or, God forbid, a cardio workout without my iTunes playlist. So, I figured, I should share my favorite songs-of-the-moment with you all! What really inspired me to make this playlist is when I first heard Kesha’s newest, empowering song “Women”. I thought to myself, “What a super sassy and empowering song! I should curate a playlist of girl-bossy songs that are similar to keep me going.” Every now and then we need a little motivation to get through the day, and what I love most about music is that it can get you where you mentally would like to be, making anything physically possible! I know when I am in a not-so-great mood, the perfect, power tune is just enough to lift my spirits. I also have a wide variety of genre faves ranging from Top 40’s to Hip Hop to Showtunes! So, if you’re in need commuter background music, workout motivation, getting-ready-to-go-out tunes, or just something fun that you can jam out to, this list is for this summer and beyond!
